Can't unlink the socket file /var/clamd

Hello
I installed clam from WHM.

I have the following error:

ERROR: LOCAL: Socket file /var/clamd could not be bound: Permission denied
ERROR: Can't unlink the socket file /var/clamd

Logwatch say:

Not loading PUA signatures. Bytecode: Security mode set to "TrustSigned".
Loaded 2534186 signatures.
TCP: Bound to address 127.0.0.1 on port 3310
TCP: Setting connection queue length to 30
LOCAL: Socket file /var/clamd could not be bound: Permission denied Can't unlink the socket file /var/clamd

Can you help me?

clamd user have no write access to /var or not owned by clamd
(/var/clamd/)

is clamd a file or dir ?, what is the permission on /var/clamd ?,
remember clamd dir get parrent permission on write, but its a job og whm
manage team to make sure this works not end users like you, unless you
want to :)

the /var/clamd don't exist
I tried to install clamv from whm and command line

Hey Andrei,

Can you send me your clamd.conf? Can you also show me the output of this
command: ls -l /var
