I assume he just wants to block any encrypted attachments, as opposed to scanning for malicious content inside them.

Only Zip, RAR and PDF for now.

Please open an enhancement request on bugs.clamav.net and attach some encrypted
file samples.
For example take one file, encrypt it and save it in the various formats supported
by MSOffice and OpenOffice, with different versions of above programs, and in different file formats.
