0.92 SIGHUP and re-open the logs

Good morning,
Is there a change for hotfix related with SIGHUP usage? At this juncture
clamav-milter writes its output to LogFile but he is opened it for two
times:
/* /proc/PID/fd/ output */
1 -> /var/log/clamav/clamav.log
2 -> /var/log/clamav/clamav.log
The second one is responsible for keeping libclamav errors, warnings
messages...
When you send SIGHUP to clamav-milter it will ONLY re-open the first
log.
