Error building klamav WAS: Error building Mail::ClamAV after clamav ABI change

The last problem i have now is to build klamav. It stops to build with
an "undefined reference to `cli_gentempdesc'". Was this function
moved, could i change it to another one?

forgot to cc the list:

hmmo cli_gentmpfd it's an internal function too
you should write a custom code that opens a temp file
