SVN is inaccessible

SVN has been inaccessible for since at least 14:00 Monday 29 March 2007
UTC.
I get:
Authentication realm: <http://svn.clamav.net:80> ClamAV SVN Repository
is temporarily disabled

I want to simple public access to verify issues I had raised in Bugzilla.
