dropping support for ClamAV 0.60

Dear ClamAV users,
as previously announced [*] we are dropping support for ClamAV 0.60 on
September 1st.
You can still convert the database to the legacy format manually, but we
won't be distributing it through our mirrors.
If you are still running ClamAV 0.60 please upgrade your system! You can
find the latest binary packages at http://www.clamav.net/binary.html#pagestart
The source code of the latest stable release is available at
