presenting a call from CallManager through a H.323 gateway to Avaya G700

Hi,
Has anyone tackled this task: presenting a call from CallManager through
a H.323 gateway to Avaya G700? Is so, what steps did you use?
Essentially, I am going to have a call handed off to the CallManager
environment from Nortel, which then I need to present that call to the
Avaya G700.
