Change it to the old address then change it inside the system. From: cisco-voip-bounces[at]puck.nether.net [mailto:cisco-voip-bounces[at]puck.nether.net] On Behalf Of Jason Aarons (US) Sent: Friday, July 04, 2008 7:18 PM To: Aman Chugh; cisco-voip[at]puck.nether.net Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] Database communication error I followed the steps on CCO, had same issue, seems a reboot or waiting a few minutes caused the problem to go away. System isn't in production yet so I can't say their are no issues. But it was a single server CCM-6.1.2-BE. ________________________________ From: cisco-voip-bounces[at]puck.nether.net on behalf of Aman Chugh Sent: Fri 7/4/2008 11:43 AM To: cisco-voip[at]puck.nether.net Subject: [cisco-voip] Database communication error I have changed the IP address of 6.1.2 server from CLI , without changing it under system - server on the admin page. Now if i try to log into the admin page I get the database communication error, I see that the Cisco DB is not running when I do utils service list , is there any way to recover without a reinstall of ccm.
