Voicemail for shared lines

I need to set up voicemail accounts for shared lines that will be
permanently forwarded to voicemail, the trouble is we are AD intergrated and
I can not add the voicemail accounts to Unity manually with out an account
in AD. The lines need to be presented on the phones as there will be 2
different lines shared on three phones so they need to know which ones are
recieving the voicemails.
I know I could set up a call handler and personal distribution list to
send to the three users but this would not send the MWI to the shared lines
on the phones as we wouldn't know which line had recieved the voicemail.
Any ideas on how I might set this up?
