I haven't done this but for BRI-attached VTC units using H.323 signaling, I had to use "line power" under the BRI interface config.
Does the port even come up? (show isdn status, show interface BRI 0//1/0).

i´m trying to configure a bri port to work with a dialogic board fax server, and i never get answer from the fax server. Anyone has instaled already a solution like that ? can anyone tell me the proceding to do it ? My media gateway is working in MGCP, the bri port is configured only with the folowing:
