Hi, The right-click method is not reliable if you are not also selecting all files, folders including hidden files etc. I'd suggest using a program like "Disk Space Explorer" if you want to accurately measure folder size and work out what folders are using all the space. If you have onbox exchange voicemail make sure that the exchange files are not installed on the C: drive. A default install of exchange will everything in C: and the exchange database tends to grow large in a default install.
