Cannot remote into Unity server after updates

Just this past weekend I applied the latest MS security patches and the latest release of CiscoUnity-CSA-5.2.0.245-3.1.3a, now I can't remote access the administration page, RDC, VNC or even ping the Unity server. All voicemail functionality seems to be working and I can administer from the server itself but nothing remotely. I tried disabling CSA and the McAfee clients but this didn't help. I mirrored and sniffed the traffic to Unity and can see the echo and RDC requests coming in. Has anyone had a similar problem? I'm going to try and remove CSA tonight, but shouldn't disabling it have opened everything up?

I am running:

Unity 5.0.1 on a 2K3 box
CSA 5.2.0.245
McAfee 8.0i

I also ran the Unity Server updates wizard v2.0.8.

Never seen that, but to answer your question, CSA is never really
totally gone until you uninstall it :-) It ties in pretty low in the ip
stack, and can act up even when it is stopped. You might consider
checking CSA's log (when it is running...) to see if it is reporting
that it is blocking anything. Outside of that, it'd also be interesting
to see if you see the packets in a capture running directly on the server.

So I'm thinking to myself does 2k3 have Windows firewall installed? Windows Firewall = On Serves me right I had to walk back and forth to the server room 4 times today.
