Unity Connection "Live Reply" feature

I need some help with understanding this feature. As I understand it when
you are listening to a voicemail you can select an option to have the
voicemail return call back to the individual that left the message. I know
you have to turn this feature on in the class of service area but i do not
know what option the user selects in the TUI. I read in the user guide that
the option is hidden from the menu but it does not tell you what the key is
for accessing the option. I also cannot find a wallet card for 2.X. Anyone
know about this?

Assuming you are using the standard conversation, it is 44. This is
mentioned in the user guide:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/2x/user/guide/2xcucug070.html

and, while not announced during the default menu on the phone, the menu
does say you can dial 0 for help/additional commands, and it is listed
there. Note, however, that live reply, by default, can only be done on a
message from another UC user, not outside callers. When you tested it,
was the message from another UC user?
