Thanks guys. This is what I was thinking in the begining, but wanted to see
how others do it. I like th eidea about modifing the CTI RP's alerting
name. This is going to make it so easy for the receptionist to answer for
the right business.

....and if you modify the CTI route point's alerting name, when the call is
forwarded, you see the name of the business they were calling. A little
easier to answer "Hello Acme Manufacturing" when you see Acme on the screen
rather that 555-0203.

I really like this solution.
If you go a step further and modify the target line so that you check
Caller Number as well, you will see the caller's number (which may or may
not be important). The end result is something like:
FWD <calling numer>
For <dialed number>
or
FWD Calling Name
<calling numer>
For <dialed number>
You'll have to make sure that the voicemail profile is pointing to the
right spot and that there is an alternate extension for that number on the
appropriate voicemail box.

And better yet, if you made the route point DN's match the store's
incoming number, I bet She would get the actual number they dialed to
display on screen.

Couldn't you set up to CTI routepoints as destinations for each of the
incoming store numbers, and have those route points CFA to the operator?
That way she would know?
