No, but it's like the super-basic version. VERY limited functionality and 5
seats. I think it might also be restricted to being co-resident with
CallManager.
But, it would be a good start if you've never touched it before.

I've never used IPCC Express because we don't own it. I'd like to start
playing with it since I have a spare CallManager in my cluster that is not
being used. Does the IPCC Express CDs that come with CallManager have some
sort of expiration date? Is this a good start?
