IPCC 3.1.1sr1 problem

Have IPCC 3.1.1 co resident with callmanager for ccie lab setup. I have configured all my cti rp, cti port users, applications etc. Everything looks good. All engines have started. I place a call into the jtapi trigger 7000 i can see it go to cti port 1001 or 1002 or 1003 or 1004. I then get a busy signal. Not a fast busy (wave off) a busy like the line is in use. I checked the trace file on ipcc and here is what I have

Re: IPCC 3.1.1sr1 problem [In reply to]

Looks like you're using the default aa.aef script, or
is it modified? Also redirect step failed because it
says it is busy. the MIVR trace doesn't really say
what number it was trying to redirect to - need more
debug levels.

Did you check CSSs on CTI route points, they have good
CSS?

Does JTAPI version match between CCM and IPCC express
server?

Does the aa session/application have enough sessions
assigned to it?
