CCM admin page issue

CCM admin page issue

Hi,
We were uploading users to CCM 4.2 through BAT. Since then unable to access
the CCM Admin page. The error message displayed is "Page cannot be
displayed".

I've rebooted the server twice but still the same issue.

Any ideas how to fix the issue.

This is going to http://CM_IP/ccmadmin ? Proxy?

Check the event log for failed services on reload...

Yep, in services both services are started. Also as mentioned earlier
rebooted the server twice to fix any services issue.

Turn off friendly HTTP error messages and see if you get something more useful. Any errors from IIS or anything else in the app or system event logs?

Windows would be iisreset from command prompt.
