IPC 8.6 and Anyconnect 3.0

Anyone having any issues with using anyconnect 3.0.08057 and IP
communicator 8.6.1? We have some kind of an issue with IPC using the
correct IP address / interface.
to correct it the end user can go to the preferences --> audio tab -->
network button and select a differ option and it comes up and registers but
if you don't, it never registers.
Is this a known bug?
