I recommend re-configuring it going the non Span route and using Silent Monitoring via CAD/Span to PC on phone. More difficult, but scalable, etc.

In the brief stages of trying to troubleshoot this. As I think I understood it, the supervisor needed to be on a spanning port for the vlan that the phones they want to monitor are on? Or did Cisco have a way around this?
