Call control for channelized T1's.

I know how to generate a PRI from an AS5400 to something like a client
2400IAD. But I am kind of at a loss as to how channelized T1's should be
generated from the AS5400 and how calls should be routed across them to the
client side. It's possible I've overlooked something, but can someone direct
me to a config example for how this would be set up, both on the AS5400 side
and on the client side?
