I've not played much with either CUPC and Jabber. We only use IP
communicator so far.
if we went to CUPC or Jabber do they support Extension Mobility?
Do they support remote working with UCCx Agent desktop?
We have a Call Center that they use EM to log into there IPC client and we
would not want to lose that.
