Have you pointed to the trunk directly from a route pattern ? that would cause the trunk not to show up in the route group Gregory Wenzel Solution Engineer, CCNP Voice Continental Resources Inc SNR - 856-599-VOIP (8647) gwenzel [at] conres From: cisco-voip-bounces [at] puck [mailto:cisco-voip-bounces [at] puck] On Behalf Of Damian Turburville Sent: Wednesday, May 16, 2012 11:13 AM To: cisco-voip [at] puck Subject: [cisco-voip] SIP trunk in Route Group Hi, Does anyone know why my SIP trunks do not show up in the available devices list when trying to create a Route Group? It is a new RG with no other devices selected on a CUCM 6.1 system. It is a new SIP trunk that (at the moment) has a dummy IP address so it is not working as yet, could that be why?
