Abbr Dial when Speakerphone is disabled?

CallManager 8.5
7965 SCCP 9.1.2

If the Speakerphone is disabled I noticed the Abbr Dial softkey is grayed out, I assume I can add Abbr Dial to offhook as a workaround?

Check out the following:

Also, I just tested this with using the headset. If the user is using the headset and the headset is turned on, Abbreviated dial will work as well if you only disable the speakerphone.

Regards,
Bill
