Unfortunately, no. The TAC engineer was unwilling to give me the bug he was referring to since it was an internal bug. Plus, UCCX 8.5(1)SU2 has some pretty severe bugs that prevent failover from working right if both the UCM Publisher and the UCCX Primary server become unavailable at the same time. These are due to be fixed with SU3, which will hopefully be out in about a week per the TAC engineer I've been dealing with. Be sure to go to latest UCCX plus install the UCCX cop files from CLI not GUI. Early versions of CallManager 8.5 also had a lot of CTI manager bugs.
