CCM 6.1.2 lost passwords

CCM 6.1.2 lost passwords

Hey all I have an issue where the partner was fired by the customer and
didn't hand over any passwords. I was able to find the application admin
username and password, but not the OS or the database replication password.

Do I need to use the recovery DVD? Or am I SOL?

there shouldn't be a database replication password. there is the cluster private phrase and OS admin password. OS admin password reset procedure:

both can be reset
