CCM Admin access restrictions

I remember a thread a little while back about limiting a user to a subset of phones for admin purposes. I know you can't do this natively in ccm, but I thought someone mentioned a 3rd party application that could provide this function. Does anyone remember the name of this product?

There are quite a few out there. However, since CUCM is not enabled
for such an activity, these systems usually have to make do with what
is available, i.e. partition, CSS, etc, in order to make things work.

One I had my eye on was from Arcana Networks.
