MWI not Light or Prompt on other lines - UCCM 7.1.3

We are unable to get other lines to prompt for voicemail waiting. I have
turn Service Paramter Message Waiting Policy to 'Light and Prompt'. Are
there other settings for this?

CSS is good?



Is the mail icon on the line appearing? What model phones?

CSS is good. I have dialed from the VM port CSS to MWI and to the VM-Ext.

Forgot to mention. The Primary line/ ext MWI activates as expected. Also the
ext/dn in question is shared with 30 or more phones. I see Unity dialing the
extension in the port status monitor. Is there an issue with MWI on this
many shared lines?

I will if you set the Service Param to allow it.

My issues was sourced from have same Ext in multiple partition. Unity MWI
only hit the first set in the the Unity Port CSS.

Yes, Mike told me it was basic CSS/Partition issue he resolved onsite,
we thought it was something deeper...
