3825/3845 ordering with Unity Express question

Dear Group:
I am using dynamic configuration tool. When ordering CME 7.1, there is no
option to change the Unity Express version. I did confirmed with
compatibility matrix and CME 7.1 and Unity Express 7.x is supported. When I
select with IOS 12.4(22)T, dynamic configuration tool displays warning that
I should select the default IOS version supplied.
The relevant part number shown is: SCUE-NME-3.1 for CUE version 3.1.
>From the GPL the relvant part number for 7.x is SCUE-NME-7.0-K9.
