I was having the issue with the abbreviated dial, can someone tell me, when you build a soft key for abbrev dial how and when is it used. because i found out without abbrev dial built as a soft key you can leave the handset in cradle press the abbrev dail number then the abbrev dial soft key will appear. i am running v7
