purpose. Calls between the 2 v700 is working fine. when i call from v700 to
rmx on v700 i get hte following error"Your call could not be completed
because the call was routed throughan intermediate network that does not
service far site. contact your administrator for further suggestions.
Unfortunately i am the administrator and i dont know what to do. Any

I don't have these model of units, but I have found Polycom equipment to be very odd at times. Usually just rebooting HDX units takes care of most problems.

Have you rebooted all units involved?

Thanks,

Re: sub: Polycom rmx1000 [In reply to]

This really isn't the right forum to discuss completely non-Cisco related
devices.

If you want VC help I recommend checking here:

http://www.vctalk.com

That site is entirely devoted to video conferencing and someone there is
likely able to help you.
