Presently in CUPS, if I add an Application Dial Rule to UCM I have to restart the CUP SIP Proxy service in order for the changes to take affect. Does anyone know if this was fixed in CUPS 7.0.5? I did not see anything in the release notes, but wanted to check with the list before building upgrading in a lab for testing.
