Find who called a given number

Greetings,

I'm trying to find out who called a certain number. I know what number
was called and have the time stamp from the telco. I've used CDR
searches and cannot find a record of the call and thus can't discover
who originated the call. Is CDR the only source for discovering this?

Thanks
jeff

Did the call come in through a router? If so, you may be able to see it via show call history voice; show call history voice brief; or show call history voice compact. Of course, that also depends on how long ago the call in question took place and how your router is configured.

You also may have CCM traces left over, but that depends on how long ago the call was made.

CDR's work pretty well for this.
