CallManager TCD service failed to start !

Dear All,
I have a CCM 4.0(2) running on HP DL320 server, but the TCD service never
started successfully. I look up the cisco.com and try to goole, however
didn't find anything helpful. Does anybody have any suggession? Thanks in
advance.
