After Hours Broadcast Calls

Hi guys,
Does anyone has any suggestions on how to make all calls that came after 10
PM to be broadcast-ed onto every phone in the company. I have CUCM 6.1 and
UCCX 5. I need this cos security company calls to check if someone is still
there, but they try to call on 2 extensions. So I need a solution on how to
make that after 10 all calls to that extensions are sent to all the
extensions in the company.

The only thing I can think of is ToD routing in conjunction with a hunt group
