AND Phone Application server integration and Phone Lockout

Group:

I am trying to install AND phone lock out application. I am continuously
getting CTI manager not available error on AND application server. Any one
one the list has experienced with this application?

I am using CCM 4.2(3).

Can you provide specific configuration steps to be followed. Perhaps a step
by step configuration guide.

CCM version: 4.2(3). I have the Linux version of AND Phone application
server. Can you provide specific steps to be followed for application server
and phone lock-out application to work.
