AAR with call forward

Hi all

Just a quick question about AAR.

We have a directory number e.g 4212154 assigned to a device profile and we have set the AAR mask to 01777750XXX to this directory number.

If you call this number and the user is logged and AAR occurs the new number the calling phone dials is 01777750154. This all works well.

If the user call forwards all the phone to voicemail (Route point number 4211900 CTI ports 4211901 - 4211909) the AAR being presented to the calling number is 01777750905 (which ever CTI port it selects) which is not a valid extension in our range.

Is there a setting so that if they have forwarded their call to voice mail the calling party gets the original AAR number not the invalid AAR Number of the voicemail?

If you need any more information, then please let me know.

Thanks

Simon
