7960 ringlist error

Hello. All of my 7960 phones report "BAD RING LIST FILE" when users
attempt to change ring tones. The same list however is read without
problems by 7961/70/71 phones. They are coming from the same 6.1.3 CCM
TFTP server.

Does anyone know if there are lsit restrictions that apply to 7960 that
don't for newer phones? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? The 7960
phones don't seem to log any errors when this happens

Does the XML in the ring list file look ok? Check for proper XML formatting
first if it's a file you've manually edited yourself.
You can look at the phone console logs through the web page of the phone and
it might tell you if there is an XML parse error and what line the error
might be on.
