CallManager 7.1(2a) Export and then Import? What are the capabilities?

I did a test where I Export > Media Resource > Conference Bridge, I got
the tar file with conferencebridge.csv.
Can I delete the Conference Resources via CCMAdmin and then Import just
this same tar file with conferencebridge.csv? My attempts fail, in that
Import doesn't give me a drop down for filename.tar that I just exported
even though I can see filename.tar under Upload/Download files.
Maybe I am mis-understanding how I can use Export / Import in 7.1.2a ?
I thought I could export any small piece and also import in any small
piece? For example I wanted to Export a 2821 with EVM-HD setup as MGCP
and then update for 500 locations and import it back in vs manually
adding 500 2821s with EVM-HD modules to CallManager.
