Error occured during find.java.sql.SQLexception

Hi,
We are having this error message ""Error occuerred during
find.java.sql.SQLException:A syntax error has occured." when selecting
Media Resources --> MoH Audio File Management.
Existing MoH files are still working but so far we are unable to add
additional MoH file to be used.
Reloaded the CCM but the problem still exist.
CCM 5.1.2.1000-11
Any hints as to where the problem might be?
