BLF/Call Lists on 7906, CUCM 6.1.3

Getting conflicting information from Cisco docs. I'd like 7906G IP
phones to be able to show presence on call lists. Not seeing it right
now with 7906 and current firmware.

says it is supported. This is for CUCM 6.1.

is the doc for 6.1.3. It does not mention BLF/Call Lists. What does
this discrepancy mean? It should be supported in some version of 6.1
but is not in 6.1.3?
