Please i need the steps of how to convert Cisco 7906 to SIP.

If you are converting a phone yourself (without CUCM) you basically have
to make a TFTP server like CUCM would provide. Get the firmware from
CCO, write your own XML config files, put everything in the right
location on the TFTP and point the phone to it. Someone documented the
whole thing here:

which files i have to put in mmy TFTP and is there any extra steps i have to do in addition to putting the files in TFTP.
