Upgrade the firmware to something different...stand by and watch while folks use the handsets and see if that makes any difference.

I’m getting feedback when leaving voicemails from 7911 phones to users in exchange. I did an upgrade from 5.1.2 1000 to 5.1.2 3114. Is this a firmware thing? Will I need to upload a new one to fix the problem?
