First, upgrade CUE to a version with the DST patches. Then just use the forward time out for the first call, then use a CUE script to forward directly to the manager's voicemail box.

I have a request from client for a call Flow :
Call Flow Scenerio is like this-When a call comes to the Manager after 4 rings if not answered call should go to his Secretary if she not answered in 4 Rings the call should goes to Managers Voice mail.Advice with procedure if anyone had done this before.
Its CME 4.2 with CUE2.1
