Docsis 1.1 Configuration files

Eric, added a post a while back about docsis 1.1 modem files for VOIP.
I was curious to a best practice for VoIP files. The UGS, Nominal Grant
Interval, Tolerated Grant Jitter and Grants per Interval are a few
settings that I am trying to understand.
Anyone have a sample DOCSIS 1.1 config file they are willing to share
for use with VoIP?
