[FYI] Show Version output changes in 12.3(4)T and 12.2(22)S

Hi Folks,
this is a headsup that the output of "show version" has been modified in
12.3(4)T and 12.2(22)S. 12.3(4)T has been shipping for a few months, and
12.2(22)S is forthcoming.

This change may negatively impact custom management tooling that is keying
off specific strings in the output of "show version"
e.g. Rancid 2.2.2 will not report the correct amount of NVRAM, and will
also not report the correct IOS version string
This is fixed in Rancid 2.2.3RC1
