Requirements to support Docsis 1.1

I have an old uBR7223 (non-vxr) with an npe-225 engine, two 1/6
CNL1SU0DAA blades, and running IOS (UBR7200-IK8S-M), Version 12.2(5)
I am having problems supporting Docsis1.1 configuration files and was
wondering if this device is Docsis1.1 compatible.
