[nsp] Cisco 7500 Series Routers w/ Dual RSP4 Cards not failing over...

I have a 7500 series router that has dual RSP4s w/ maxed memory and
everything. well, yesterday the master decided to go south. The slave
did NOT kick on, and the router froze and crashed. Has this happened to
anyone else? Anyone have any clue on a work-around? I'm stumped. This
has happened twice now on two different 7500 series routers with the
same type of setup.
