[nsp] bus error PC=0x0 address=0x0

Hello,
I have enabled an interface Tunnel in a 7206VXR running 12.2(8)T5 and
after 10 minutes the router crached by a bus error.
System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x0, address 0x0 at 15:54:16

Technicaly PC=0x0 seems to be a null pointer returned ,but the strange
is that this problem is happening each 10 or 15 minutes and always
returning PC=0x0 and Memory Address 0x0
After remove int Tunnel0, the problems "seems" to be fixed.
Did anyone have the same problem?
