It seems to be an architecture thing - this has been the case across all
of the code drops on this platform so far to date. I suspect only
process switched data is counted in those interfaces.

You'll need to poll EFP's on these switches instead of VLAN interfaces
for measuring data flows - those are per-service+per-port and the SNMP
counters on those do get populated. And if you're not yet using EFP's
then you're probably not using these switches to their full potential :-)

Thanks Reuben. By efp's, I take it you mean the command structure for
Ethernet service instance, bride domain, etc. right ?

Would be great if multicast worked corrected through the efp.

15.2(2)S2 released today for this platform has this as a "Fixed" defect:

CSCtw79488
Symptoms: Multicast is not forwarded out on EVC.
Conditions: This has been observed with Cisco IOS Release 15.1(2)EY and
EY1a and with the following configuration:

So you may be in luck.

SVI counters are currently not supported on ME3800X/ME3600X.
You can use " show vlan counters", EVC MIB supported in 15.2(4)S or the following commands in pre 15.2(4)S release
->snmpwalk -v 2c 7.23.35.39 public .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2 | grep 23575
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.23575 = TenGigabitEthernet0/2.ServiceInstance.2

->snmpwalk -v 2c 7.23.35.39 public .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10 | grep 23575
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifInOctets.23575 = Counter32: 2812549746

->snmpwalk -v 2c 7.23.35.39 public .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.11 |grep 23575
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifInUcastPkts.23575 = Counter32: 166256930
