amend the work time after a call has been completed.

Hi, Is it possible to amend the work time after a call has been completed. For example I want to be able to check what the current work time is after a call, say 20 seconds, and I want to increase it to say 30 seconds before the next call comes through. This is one of my ticket. I am not sure whether call manager can perform the above mentioned task. Any suggestions?
